What was meant to be a quick check to make sure a section of 2km trail was still there for RtH turned into a 10km tour of new mountain bike trails.
Unfortunately half of them are off the map, but at least I know they're there for future planning. On the plus side it does open up the mapped area for some sweet route choices not in the original course.

Sprint should have been today, felt like a million bucks.
Sleeping the entire trip back home and then 9 hours overnight likely had something to do with it.

Ontario Sprint Champs
Ugh. Not sure what was up but felt like I was running in molasses from the get go.
Warming up felt fine and can't blame running the long the day before cause I didn't do that.
To add insult to injury Kris posted me running up the finish chute like a hippo on the Orienteering Ontario instagram, while Meghan trolled me on the loudspeaker. A great day.
Hopefully it was just an off day and I'm not coming down with something.
