Happy with that, it's a good time, but I don't think good enough to qualify.

Running - Trail 25:00 [3] 3.0 km (8:20 / km)

Had planned from running from campsite to Half Way Log Dump and back (~10km), but after the first nicely groomed 1km, I had to deal with 200m of rocky Bruce Peninsula, followed by 300m of super slippery Bruce Trail - it was so humid, everything was damp in the woods.
So, when the trail popped out on a super nice ledge of flat rock by the water, I quit.
2 PM

Swimming 10:00 [3] 0.4 km (25:00 / km)

And did a sweet open water swim instead.
Water was brisk, but amazingly clear.
