Thruster ladder 95lb up to 185lb
15 min EMOM of 1)100m bag carry, 2)10 CtB pull ups 3) 5 DB cleans

Then did the performance class cause it seemed fun
Built up to heavy clean @ 230lbs (PR!)
10 round of 10 wall balls, 1 rope climb then 5 rounds of 10 burpees, 2 bar muscle ups

Front squat 4x5 @ 210lbs
3 rounds of 500m row, 12 burpees, 21 box jumps in ~12mins

Snatchedy, went up to a single @ 95% - 165lbs. Felt very easy, so attempted 175 which would have been a PR, but wasn't meant to be today.
Pulls @ 110%
3 rounds of 400m run, 15 C&J and 12 burpees in around 15 mins
