So, I'm meant to be running Worlds Toughest Mudder today. I've woken up with back pain I've never experienced, I think from a really deep sleep on a bed far softer than I'm used to.
Since the first hour is running, I'm going to start and see if it shakes it out, but if it doesn't improve, that will probably be it
