Running - Trail 1:13:04 [3] 10.2 km (7:10 / km) +190m 6:33 / km

Kind of a breakthrough today. Decided to get off my arse and do some more exploring. This little section of the Bruce is the final local section I haven't run and I've been procrastinating over it since it looked like not a lot of fun.
The best part was in the final 2k, something clicked and started striding out over some rougher sections and generally felt really good - probably the first time I've felt like this running since I busted my heel running Gula Stigen almost 2 years ago.
It's not all hugs and puppies, still felt pretty average lugging my oversize carcass up any extended climb - but still, gotta take the wins.

I don't remember the last time I did a Killer K, probably 2013, but was in no danger of breaking the record today. Feeling better on the stairs than last time I was here.
A group of kids were at the top of the stairs, leaning with their phones over the fence on a very high part on the escarpment. This can't end well.
