General Eliminator running around. Great day, but not quite as nice conditions as Friday.

5x3 back squat @ 250lbs

Followed by Open workout 6.2, and it's not pretty:
25 toes to bar
50 double unders
15 135lb squat cleans
4 min cap

If you reach the cap, do it again, this time ending with 13 185lb squat cleans, continuing for 20 minutes up to 7 315lb cleans if you make each cap.

When it was announced on Thursday, I thought I might be able to make it into the 3rd round, barely. Turns out I was barely able to make it into the 2nd round.
Finished the first with 10 secs to spare and only managed 2 cleans at 185lbs.
Gonna retest on Monday.

The weather was so nice I had to run. I almost contacted Trav to go on his burner, but very glad I didn't. 5 mins in it was clear I wasn't in a good state.
Just trundled round the Spring Valley trails enjoying the warmth.
