smt with Trav and Sudden. My achilles is still giving me grief so went for the chunky Kinvaras... and went over on the same ankle I twisted at the Maritimes.
So, a little hobble and a few braids skipped then tiptoed my way round the rest of the run

Did single loops of Ginger Valley while everyone did 1,2,3,4,3,2,1 and happy with that decision. Felt kinda spacey and uncoordinated.
