'Drawn out' Annie
5x30 double unders, 30 site ups (the usual Annie is 50-40-30-20-10)
7:33, which is about 30 seconds faster than when we did Annie in May. Progress! I claimed this rep scheme is easier, hence faster - but most in the class did slower than their best times, so disagreed :)

X-League! Blaineys first time course setting. I'm so proud.

Emil and I got the lead early with a bunch of ARXers behind us. The lead see-sawed a number of times by us both being bone heads, but I got a lead after finding the unmapped trails near 12, where Emil found an unmapped 6 ft fence.
Excellent stuff, head to head racing is fun and no matter how easy the map looks it still becomes challenging when deprived of O2. More please.

WOD: 8 min cap, 28 burpees then max hang until the cap. 5 strict hand stand push ups every time you drop from the hand. 3:20 total.

Lots of 'mobility' (stretching)

3 tabata sets - 24" box jumps, 24kg KB swings, burpees
243 reps total. Pretty decent score.

Thats more like it - bunch of trails around Chedoke. Legs felt a lot better, got pretty toasty in the sun though.

Agility sprints, 5 mins of hanging and 3x800m run, 25 push ups & 50 double unders
