Got on site feeling even worse than the day before... and it was hotter. I'd also forgotten to bring any sort of sustenance I decide to treat this as training for the Ultra Beast in a few weeks time.
The race followed the same route as the Sprint the day before, except after the final hill descent we turned and climbed up and down the hill three more times then ran across the rest of Brimacome property with a bunch of carries throughout.
The second half suited me a lot, very rough running and lightly undulating so passed a lot of people. Unfortunately failed the spear throw, along with the same 2 as yesterday so 90 burpees were added to the course.
It gives me a lot of confidence I should fare better in the UB with water, food and a length I know I can handle
