Throwing out some stand with Tarno up at Highlands.
I dunno why, but I really enjoy running ski trails in the off season. Not sure why.

Good day but I think TNT will be iffy, quads did not enjoy the lunges

Cruise up to Iroquois instead of TNT. Felt really good on the hills... not expecting that.

Eva: 5x 800m run, 30 32kg KB swings, 30 pull ups
Cap was 45 mins, got though 4 rounds in ~43mins. Ripped a callous on the pull ups, apparently that's a rite of passage. It was gross.
