Tried out one of Alchemy's Endurance classes.
Decent TNT replacement. Partnered up and took turns doing
30 x 100m sprint then either 5 push ups, 10 sit ups or 10 KB swings. Took around 26 mins

After the class, quite one up into the valley. Had thought about doing more, but when I got to Canterbury Falls, realised there was nothing left in the tank - so hot footed it home. Lazy afternoon followed.
