Running - Trail 58:41 [2] 7.68 km (7:38 / km) +163m 6:54 / km
shoes: X-Talon 190s

Half an smt with the 3 T's (would have been 4, but #turbo wasn't there).
A lot of ice skating, hamstrings still screaming but felt pretty good with the whole running side of it which is promising.
Followed up with a steam shower and Homestique which seems to have been food for the hammies - not quite so hobbly any more.

TNT. I think the intensity says it all, hamstrings are still crazy tight so I just jogged around hoping to loosen them up while everyone else actually worked.
Not a fan of the Vibrams on frozen ground, not enough protection.\
Filona wasn't there.

Oh yeah, X-League Peg Race! That was a lot of fun, I always forget how much fun head to head racing is.
Made sure I didn't get a peg at #1, let all those noober dogs get it and waste all that effort going to 1A. Pretty cruisy from there on, was very happy I had spikes and a head lamp. Really liked running some of the lesser used trails at night - looking forward to more.

Cruisy TNT. Hamstrings and groin were fried after yesterday, so just took it easy with #turbo. Nice to be back with the crew.
Trav confirmed my suspicion that Katie Mac sabotaged my snowshoes.
