smt with Trav, Trix, Hammer and #turdo for a bit.
Most running in a week I've done since the injury and legs still pretty broken from heavy squats yesterday = sluggish.
Got to skip whalebacks. Best run this year.

120 double unders
One person on the team working at a time, while one rows, one does burpees and one rests. Tougher than it looked.

Nice night for it, but was not dressed well enough for the cold. Hammer got a prickle or something.

Was feeling really weird at the beginning, really sleepy, tight chest and uncoordinated running in and out of the low sections on the downhill at the start.
Jolted my back pretty badly on the 3rd rep, so took the 4th off and jogged around a bit and stretched it which seemed to do the trick. Modified it slightly after that so I didn't go back downhill after doing that little climb on the pavement and it was all good after that.

Nice cruise around Borers Falls. Amazing day for it. Was pretty chilly on top of the escarpment with some cross wind, so opted out of the usual out and back and played around on the trails beneath.
Did I mention it was amazing conditions? So good.

Garmin 305 finally dies, the battery now only lasts about 1/2 an hour and the strap broke just to put the point across. Have ordered one of the newer, cheaper basics ones as replacement - didn't ever really use all those bells and whistles.
