Note

Gonna start to put a little more detail in the Xfit sessions. The whole point of the training log is for tracking, so I guess I should be doing that :)

My traditional pre-ARK at Chedoke loop followed by some other stuff. Found the HR strap so that's in the loop again now. Always interesting to see the construction at St. Joes year by year. It's taking a while.
