shoes: Inov8 F-Lite 230 2014

Oh yeah! Started off with menzies, Dang, Turdo, D-Bag and Chris on Stu's 30k for 30 years run. Pretty River PP to Craigleith on the BT.
Didn't start well when we took a wrong turn and no one noticed for a whole 2.5km that we weren't following a blazed trail. After that, all BT goodness.
No foot pain until ~5km and only minor hobbling afterwards for about an hour. Not great, but somewhat improved from the run a couple of weekends ago.

I dunno what this black magic is, there's no way in hell I could get through a workout like this solo. I couldn't carry a shopping basket at the supermarket after.
