BT-ing - Tobermory to the Grotto with Dr. PBV, menzies, Bruce as well as Dang and R2 for the first half.
Sweet times. Some gnarl, but generally less rough than expected - though after 2 hours we were all having trouble with concentration and foot placement.
Some sweet views over G-Bay. I think we all agreed that Coony's Dump was pretty awesome.
No GPS :( must have the wrong data recording set up - did menzies get it?

TNT with Dr. PBV and soles (aka Girl Dr. PBV)
Princess Loops, 2 on, 1 off with a different partner - 10 total. Thought it would be a cruisy one but was feeling it in the end. Girl Dr. PBV was generally faster than Dr. PBV, until the last one, but I still won the sprint finish.

Super easy Deeve cruise before handing out maps for the Nav session. Sweaty and tired feeling, still getting the feeling back in the legs a bit.
