BT smt. Knocking off an awkward section of the trail to run solo, thanks to K-Junk for dropping me off at the start with 30 Bench being the destination.
Typical Niagara region BT, darting in an out on vineyards with nice views over Lake Ontario.
Much gnarlier than expected, so took a lot longer and didn't complete as much as planned, but still beat the girls who were on bikes......

Chain of Fools TNT. Sudden showed up part way through and totally schooled me. Felt good again though. Dominated Dr. PBV on the final sprint.

Easy run with F-Bag, T-Bag and R-Bag. Showed F where K2 is and finally uncovered the trail that links Heritage to Canterbury Falls.
