Running 36:42 [3] 7.6 km (4:50 / km)
ahr:164 max:238 shoes: Mizuno Trail Bargain

I've been feeling like I've been getting something since Tuesday, but since nothing has materialised I went for a run to either get the virus to show it's hand or go away. Checked the watch after a couple of minutes and was shocked to see it around 210. Since I struggle to get it over 190 it was a pretty sure sign I was sick so I stopped and waited for it to drop, which it did quickly.
I started up again to see if it would get that high again, but it stayed steady at 155, so I guess it was a electric problem with the watch - I usually spike at the start of a run, but never that high.
Nothing much more to report, a squirrel jumped out of a drain and scared the shit outta me and in some sections the nice orange colours are turning brown.

Orienteering race (Street-O) 58:29 [4] * 11.3 km (5:11 / km) +100m 4:57 / km
ahr:169 max:189 shoes: White Asics

Evening Street-O at Wimbledon.
Score course with question/answer controls. Kind of ended up being a bit intervally as I'd usually spend 20-30 seconds at each control looking for the answer, but now I know where to look for hydrant, power pole, parking meter and security system numbers I should be able to improve my flow.

Generally happy with the route I took, there's a couple of lower point controls I should have ditched in order to pick up some higher ones later in the course, but since I didn't really know how many controls I'd be able to pick up over the hour and I just started with the closest controls (low pointers) and made adjustments as time went on. Will have better tactics next month.
Got a bit worried towards the end when I had to get from almost one side of the map to the other to finish - fanged at 3:30min/kms over the last 1.5kms and came back with 1:30 to spare. Who knew I had that in me still! Coulda picked the last 30 pointer. Came =5th and ended up with 390 points out of about 700 - must have got one question wrong cause my score shoulda been 420, lost a place due to that.

Nice run, shame they only happen once a month, they'd be good Tour replacements.
