Rolling round the trails behind the Lions Club Pool to pick up some GPS data for the final X-League of the Spring.
Realised out there that this day would have been the Sulphur Ultra. Amazing temps and conditions. Saw a few people out there who looked like they were running the course.
Got a little nostalgic, but then did the full loop of the G. Donald Trail and remembered how much I hated that course change the last time I ran it.

Speedy ride at Bechtel putting out ARK ribbons

And ribboning for Hamilton ARK at Felkers.
The area of mountain bike trails just east of the Falls might take the prize for the most incorrect mapping in the DGL suite (doesn't help that the trails get realigned and added to every time I go back there, roughly every 6 months)

Putting out ribbons for Virtual ARK KW.
Have been struggling with a busted calf for nearly a month. Put my weightlifting program on hold the previous week cause heavy squats were messing with it, but still one stumble walking on Sunday tweaked the injuring again. So trying out no extensive walking for a week.

Since my calf seems to be taking it's sweet time to heal, headed out on the bike again. Took Duncan out for some Adventure Race training - did a HikeaBike section through Le Chateaus thorn infested backyard.
Think I enjoying it less than Duncan.

Pulled Bessie out for the season. Biked from home to Iroquois Heights and back.
Nice to be in the woods, but too much busy road for my liking
