Jo's Loop
In better days, Ive done this in sub 50. Anything over an hour was considered 'lazy'.

Running - Trail 30:00 [3] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)

My achilles has been feeling a little better, so gave it a little speed test:
15 min WU then 400m/800m/400m 1:1 work rest
1:19, 3:01, 1:21
It wasn't perfect, but it wasn't bad either

Running - Trail 1:03:00 [3] 8.9 km (7:05 / km) +300m 6:03 / km

Meehan run, a few stops for photos and when I nearly trod on a snake.
More new MTB trails makes this area a whole lot more fun. Hilly and hot. Still feeling slow.

Running - Trail 33:30 [3] 5.0 km (6:42 / km) +125m 5:57 / km

Achilles still giving me grief so headed out for the flat 5k loop of Risdon Brook Dam.
Started to feel better on the 2nd half so headed away from the loop to explore some old trails I hadn't been on in a while. Feeling very slow.

RIP Fiddlers Loop. Old trails have been closed to make way for fancy new MTB trails.
Sad since I've run that loop 100s of times. Happy cause I know I'll never get close to my old record of sub 19.
