Run for the Toad!
First time ever running this race. As I said to menzies last night, I'm not upset with the time, but not jazzed about it either.
I really tried to increase my running hours in the past 3 months, but once ARK starts up (and with my parents here), it's too hard. Theoretically I could switch out gym sessions in the mornings for runs, but it would be by myself and I'm not capable of that any more - so it is what it is.

I wholly enjoyed it though. Some achilles issues early on the second loop had me walking the short sharp hills but it cleared up once the hills became less steep. Remembered how to get my heart rate over 160 in the final 2.5k and passed a bunch of people, which was nice
