Power Snatch Ladder: 10x95lb up to 2x145lb
145 felt pretty good, so continued on to a single at 165lb
Heavy push press: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 - started at 135 and up to 195.
Again, 195 felt pretty good so did another single a 205lb
4 x 3min rounds of 20cal row, 15 burpees then max push press @ 135 in remaining time. Only had about 30 sec at the end and hit 5,5,5,4.
Was meant to finish with 5x10 chest to bar pull ups, but generally feeling beat up after 3 tough, hot days so I went and got donuts instead.
