Putting out stands for Knockout at Rocky Ridge. Into a few areas I'd never been and really liked.
A very tough course.

15 mins of wall balls and rowing. Not my strong suit.
First half felt paced amazingly well then fell apart with 5 mins to go. 7 rounds + 19 wall balls. Sitting in ~1100th worldwide now, likely to drop down to around 5000th after all the scores come in. Looking forward for whats to come.

Strict Press working up to heavy single - 160lb PR!
1-10 DB squat with 35s with 30 double unders after each set. Easy just to test out my knee.
I think it's fixed. I'd forgotten that the week after I started feeling pain, I also fell pretty hard on ice. It was a month until I saw a physio and had totally forgotten. I mentioned to an ART friend at the gym. Armed with the new info, she spent 5 minutes working on it and seemingly fixed it!
Will test it more aggressively over the coming days
