So the calf pain I had post TM wasn't just normal post race DOMS.
Started off feeling pretty good and fresh after a few days off, then after 6-7 mins, on the first climb, I feel something rearrange itself in my right calf and bam, the pain was back just like before.
Decide to run through it, just to see if it goes away. But it doesn't and slowly becomes bad enough that I do the walk of shame home.
The fact it wasn't hurting at all to begin with makes me think it was already healing, so I've only put myself back a couple of days. Just to be sure, I'll take the rest of the week off. Gotta be strong for Sulphur, otherwise I'll be running with Super.
