It's only been 3 weeks since my last Tuesday session, but it felt like an eternity. Not sure if it was the time off, the heat or the caffeine withdrawals (attempting to curb a problem habit), but wasn't feeling it tonight. Actually felt at the beginning like I would have gone to sleep instantly if I'd lay down.
3',2',1' with 1' recovery x 4. Popped and Fadered on the last set of 3.
Very happy to get through it and scoff a carton of chocolate milk afterwards.
