Sandown Road Relay with Melbourne Uni. Had committed to running this a couple of weeks ago and didn't want to let anyone down, but was still feeling pretty run down.
The course was 2 laps of a motor racing track. Not the most picturesque route but it had a good atmosphere and there were lots of runners to chase down and to be chased by.
Team came 5th in the men's premiership category which was solid. I was 5th fastest out our team of 6.
