Long run with Bruce and Kez. Felt very average to start with and heart rate was sluggish and low for the first 20 minutes. Perked up a bit when we started running in terrain - following Bruce's terrain loop. Did a mini loop at the end and then ran home.

Nails loops of Princes Park and then a half Mona session (based on a conversation with Duncan earlier in the week). Running at 150 - 154 pace felt much easier today; probably a combination of being fully fueled and awake compared with my morning efforts.

Great MFR session sorted by Jas. From the Boat house 3 x 2.5k loops. Fast running in the "boys" group pushed along with Ian, Kez and Bruce. Certainly felt like I had earned dinner after.

So have been very tardy at updating AP, but I have been doing some running. Uploaded training from my watch but need to clean this up at some point soon.

Just come back from a hectic weekend. Started my Masters of Applied Positive Psychology on Friday and Saturday then headed over to Mnt Baw Baw to join in the trail running festival.

Filled my boots on Sunday, with a long run, orienteering x 2 and a 13k night trail race.

Today was 2 x hill races. 1.4 k down hill and then a race back up. All great fun but legs are now in pieces.
