Was feeling a bit strung out when I woke in the morning (busy at work, busy at home), but couldn't resist a gentle jog at lunchtime because the weather so nice. Took it easy, but heart playing up by the end of the run (high to start with, then settled then went high). Settled after about 10 minutes in the house.
