Long pre-brekkie run out from home, rivelin, redmires, stanage pole, burbage bridge, lady cannings down the porter valley and then back up to rivelin using crimicar lane.
Enjoyed myself but my calf's were a little tight after yesterday's effort.
Back in time to watch the last hour of the men's marathon and fantastic mountain biking.
St Albans' park run. Managed to time our run to the start to perfection (aka we were running late) but had about 1 minute to recover before the start (in time with the chimes of the Cathedral). Ran hard but knew that I was not traveling too well. Well and truely beaten into second by someone who ran 15.02 (but was over a minute slower than Andy Baddely's run at Bushy park). Nice day for running and a good turn out.
Ran down and back with Clare - she was 10 seconds off a season's best. Not bad considering our hectic week.

Pre-Mo jogget. Legs not co-operating to start with but got into it by the end.
Run with Ben from his gaff in Teddington. Fantastic night for it and had a great time, catching up and enjoying the fantastic trails. We even had time to save an entrapped squirrel from a bin. Enjoyed some athletics with a cold beer and a curry afterwards - perfect.
Tempo run from my Aunt and Uncle's house in St Albans. Enjoyed exploring the area and found some quiet country trails. Pleased to be able to push hard considering I went from asleep to running in about 10 minutes.
