Yoga at S10. Good session - luckily it was fairly remedial today and I managed to keep up / not break. Certainly felt better after the session than before. It was only a small class of 6 but half of them (us) were blokes.

Run home from work and then out on Rivelin Valley road for a tempo run. Back still feeling tight but was definitely not aggrevated by the effort. Felt very clunky but was only 20 seconds down (34 minutes) on the last two weeks. Pleased.

Run to see Kim and then to work afterwards. Kim's magic fingers did their work and released me off quite nicely.

Run to home and then out with a torch up Rivelin. Great to be out in the dark - back still sore but in a "getting better rather than worse" kind of way.

Early morning run with Andy. Felt pretty good, but decided to keep myself to only 35 minutes.

Run home, bumped into Danger and so decided to tag along with drills.

Drill with Shuoc. Felt very clumsy but good fine nonetheless. Ably led by messrs Rocker and Schorah.
