Easy spin on the bike to test out my back. Still sore but definitely on the mend - today has been drug free.

Run out to do the great urban fell race. My back (upper left) had been stiff at work but nothing too bad. However, on the run over to Tim's it was really sore. Told myself to toughen up and started the race. It got continually worse and by the time I crossed the A61 it was in total spasm. Spent 5 minutes stretching it out before a slow walk / crawl up to Tim's.

I definitely feel old now. On the positive - in the game of Tim Tett injury bingo I am approaching "house."

Convoluted run to see Kim - (wrongly) went to her house first before heading to her practice. Prognosis was ok.

Missed track again so thought I would repeat my tempo session of last week - and felt a bit better.
