Long run after work. Decided to run it mainly off road to save the legs a bit and ran along the trans pennine trail (out and back). Highlights include running through a cool tunnel (200m long) which was pretty spooky and running past the start of the Trunce race. Energy wise felt ok (drank 1 litre of lucozade) but hips were getting tight towards the end. Nearly wimped out at 25 miles (when I made it back home) but did the extra (Charlie would be proud) to round it off for the full marathon. Glad to have got this done and down hill from here.
Clare had cooked a great meal for when I got in - I love my wife.
