Running 18:00 [2] 2.2 mi (8:11 / mi)

RTW - via old flat. Still no one in.

Running hills 1:03:00 intensity: (50:00 @2) + (13:00 @4) 8.0 mi (7:52 / mi)

Run to HH and then to the session on Middlewood estate. 4 x (3x hills). Didn't push too hard as my throat is still a little sore, but was running ok. Could smell tea being cooked in the surrounding houses which got my tummy rumbling.

Running 24:00 [3] 3.2 mi (7:30 / mi)

RTW

Running 45:00 [3] 6.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Run to Oing and then home again via our old flat to pick up some post (but no one was in).

Orienteering 15:00 [3] 1.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Run around sprint map at Edge - good course, made tricky at night. Navigated to the last control first, but other than that all was fine. But my navigation was very clunky to say the least.

Tuesday Nov 10, 2009 #

Running 40:00 [2] 5.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Easy run to work and then home again. Sore throat and run down so gave track a miss.

Drills at the Rugby Club behind our house.
