Run to work in the am and then run to track and home in the afternoon. Chatted to Danger about becoming a diving guru on the way back home.
Running intervals 21:00 [5] 3.7 mi (5:41 / mi)
5 x 1k with 200m (roughly 60s) recovery.
First time down to track in ages and found it tough. Felt ok for the first 2 but really struggled with the rest. Wasn't too surprised; it was a mix of Jukola hang over and the fact that it was my first time on tartan for something like 2 months.
On the plus side found out I had won some cash from the Askern 10k which was good!
