Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 2.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Running 1:10:00 [3] 7.5 mi (9:20 / mi)

Jukola 6th leg. A mediocre performance - no big blow outs but a few wobbles particularly early on. Didn't see a sole on my leg and was sure that I was running in no man's land. Was pleased to find out that I pulled up some time and some places.

It really is an awesome race.

Very easy jogging with Murray and Ant around the Jukola site.

Intervals out to the start at Solvalla, mainly along the roads and tracks. It was hot.

Orienteering 35:00 [3] 3.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Exercise on Solvalla - felt good to start with but got brain freeze by the end.

Running 20:00 [2] 2.5 mi (8:00 / mi)

Easy run before dinner.

Orienteering 1:00:00 intensity: (30:00 @2) + (30:00 @4) 5.5 mi (10:55 / mi)

Pairs relay, palmer challenge, training with a group of the SEDS guys (Ant, Cheps, Spongey and Kitch). Good fun. Sexy forest.

Line o, then a control pick then some normal legs. First time in Scandi forest for a year and it was great.
