Orienteering 50:00 [3] 6.0 mi (8:20 / mi)

Honley Wood - EPOC event. Enjoyed myself (wasn't expecting to) running around the course. Very slippy and muddy but nice all the same.

Quick look at the results show that got beaten by MC by 4 minutes....but it would have been tracked up by the time he ran....(honest).

Orienteering 40:00 [3] 3.0 mi (13:20 / mi)

SYO champs - running around Greno. Was not feeling too great and didn't want to push too hard. Made it harder for myself by the fact that I missed out a control (it was a score) and had to run back.

Running 30:00 [3] 2.5 mi (12:00 / mi)

Spent the rest of the afternoon sorting out the attic before the roofer came.

Early morning run before our Christmas do. Struggled a bit - felt the last few days had caught up with me.

Running 1:25:00 intensity: (25:00 @3) + (1:00:00 @4) 11.0 mi (7:44 / mi)

Run out with Neil to the Headstone for carols. Turned up at his house at the allotted time (well ok I was 5 minutes late) and Neil was still taking his torch apart.

Had to boot it up to the Headstone. Carols were fun, but a bit chilly. Back to the hut with Pete and Neil.

Run to track and then to home. Run to track is 3 miles (downhill and flat) and I was late because of a work meeting. Got to track in under 17 minutes - certainly not an easy warm up.

Run back with Camel was certainly a lot easier.

Running intervals 25:00 [5] 6.5 km (3:51 / km)

Arrived when the others were half way through the session (6x3min with 80 seconds recovery).

Legs were tired but pleased to have squeezed the session out (covering around 990m when on the track).

Ran the last rep by myself which was tough.

Run to gym and then home via Candyman's.

Standard sesh at the gym in the company of Candyman which was a nice surprise.
