Run to Damflask just for old times sake. Felt pretty good although had a slight niggle in my hamstring. Gorgeous afternoon.

Steady run at lunchtime.

Run from work at lunchtime to track and then back again.

Running intervals 22:00 intensity: (10:00 @4) + (12:00 @5) 4.0 mi (5:30 / mi)

Ran a session that I had discussed with Ian; 1 x 1 mile at mara pace, 2 x miles at 5k pace (5 mins) and then 800m at mara pace.

Pretty windy and the 5k pace efforts felt tough (as I suppose they should).

Finished work late and had to change plans in order to ensure that I had time to prep tea for Mat and Grace. In reality this involved showering and digging out maps and then going to the chippy.

Legs felt ok - through in a section at mara pace.
