11.10am: DVOA Event - Nolde Park, Green Course.
Good to be out orienteering. Sloppy the first 2 controls until I got into a flow. Not too challenging technically the course and a lot of trail running, but enough to get the navigation brain functioning again.

2.40pm: New shoes which felt good. An easy run along the river. Nice weather 63 degF and sunny. Out 20.44, back 20.23 with 15 sec waters top at Llyod Hall.

5.30am: Not fully back in Philly sleep routine. Woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep, so opted to erg. A good consistent rate, good tunes, Amy McDonald to work out to. Resistance level 9, 285 calories burnt. A good start to the day.
