Not a bad run. I've resigned to an 8 min/k pace. Fairly stead rain the first 2 k, then stopped. Relatively pleasant.

My DVD cracked trying to get it out of its case. I was concerned that that might happen because it was hard getting it out. I didn't realize it until the reader kekpt ejecting the disk. I have ordered an online video a week agok but it has not arrived. I guess TRX is not staffed normally now.
