Sol Lake with Travis and Dries. Was surprisingly nice when we started (and snow had melted a bit since yesterday). We did hit some snow patches near the lake and it did get a bit blustery which combined with close to zero degrees meant it was pretty crisp. Tough to jump right into the climb at elevation - took some time to settle the breathing.

Pre-retreat hike with courtney, Sara and Vikki down to Bill Fraser lake. Had been hoping we might have a chance to do some alpine mountain biking but winter decided to come early to the alpine. There was a skiff of snow at the lodge elevation and it drizzled all day so a hike was the only option.

Parkway with Stuart. Nice weather but still had to bundle up for the descent. Some patches of snow near the top. Was good to catch up with Stuart - sounds like the Steamer had some technical challenges this year.
