Bike 2:00:00 [3] 19.0 km (9.5 kph) +900m

A couple solo laps on Boulder. Rode a few trails I haven't ridden in a while (Rednecks and Boondocker) and also checked out Manquads. Fun riding - definitely needed all my suspension as they are certainly more challenging. Didn't find them crazy hard although being dry helped. Legs were tired from the run yesterday.

Greenbelt run with some 1km threshold segments (6x1km with 500m rest in between). Managed the first couple at 3:45 then was a struggle to stay around 4:00.

CPR trails and then up the ski jump with Courtney. Short run but nice to get out.

RMR trails and Crowbar. Pretty dry and a few spots are getting pretty tough but still a fun ride. Much more fun on the all mountain bike vs the xc bike.
