Hooray for combining rehab and working. During a PE class. Will add weight as soon as I remember to take a backpack to school that doesn't have a broken zip.

Same again. seems like I'm getting somewhere. Had a slow veggie shuffle across as oval today and it hardly hurt at all. Only very slightly uncomfortable.

Why not give these sessions a more realistic timeframe. Probably more like 10 minutes. MAybe I should time it!
3 x 15, both sides, bent knee.

Didn't have time this morning - running late for cross country coaching, and then stuck in the middle of an oval waqtching very low quality soccer all day (no, it wasn't Perth Glory, or West Ham, just school kids :( )

Have had a think about when this bout of achilles pain actually started, and decided that in the short term at least there may be some merit in returning to wearing my orthotics at work. Can't do too much harm. Hae also found my highest heeled, most cushioned running shoes. No point experimenting with anything until I can get this settled down.
Have also decided to do more of my calf extensions with a more bent knee as this seems to accentuate the load where it is most needed, and am going to play with adding weights this afternoon.
New shoes look like staying new for quite a while yet :(

3 x 15 both sides, bent knee. Snuck these in on the stairs at the squash cnetre where my class was playing. They game me some funny looks.
