MTC Swim Warm up - 300 swim mix, 200 pull, 2 x 50 kick, 4 x 50 build Main - 100 PB, 100 easy pull, 4 x 100 PB +15 rest 0:45, 100 easy pull, 4 x 100 PB +10 rest 0:30, 100 easy pull, 4 x 100 PB +5 rest 0:15,100 easy pull, 4 x 100 PB +3 rest 0:10.
Okay. Best 100 was 1:49, but able to hold 1:55 for 3 set. 4th set was a mess 1:53 to 2:03.

MTC Swim Warm up - 300 mix, 3oo scull / pull, 3 x 100 desc. Main - 5 x 100 steady rest 15, 2 x 200 pull, 3 x 200 desc, 200 pull, 100 bk/br, 2 x 100 easy. Cool Down 9 x 50 choice.
Did the 100 on 1:53 to 1:57. 200 on 3:56, 3:46 & 3:57.
