MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mix, 2 x 50 kick with board, 3 x 150 scull 50, 5 x 50 IM/fr. Main - 20 x 25 race. 200 tempo. Cool down 400 turn practice.
On race 25ms started on 0:26 but consistent 0:23's after that.

Slow day in the pool. 100s on about 1:00. Working on turn change.
