MTC Swim Warm up - 300 mix, 4 x 50 sidekick / swim, 200 scull/swim, 100 easy Main - 5 x 100 fast , 200 pull, 4 x 100 fast, 200 pull with paddles, 3 x 100 fast, 200 pull, 2 x 100 fast, 100 easy, Cool down, 4 x 50 br of bk/ free
On the slow side. Started 100s at 2:00 and got to 1:53 but could only maintain 1:55.

Speed was okay Was able to hold about 1:57 after warm up. Last 100 on 1:51
