MTC Swim Start of fall session. Warm up - 200 mix, 2 x 50 kick with board, 2 x 100 pull, 2 x 100 zipper/swim, 2 x 50. Main set - 20 x 100, 2 swim, 2 pull, 2 shark /swim, 2 swim, 2 scull/swim, 2 zipper/swim, 2 swim, 2 shark/pull, 2 shark/ swim, 2 swim. 8 x 50 desc 1 - 4

Poor technique and tired. Best time 1:00 for 50 and 1:05 for 100.
