MTC Swim warm up - 200 swim, 4 x 50, 300 pull, 4 x50 desc. Main set - 10 x 50 fast, 400 pull, 8 x 50 fast, 300 pull, 6 x 50 fast, 300 pull, 200 easy
Okay perhaps typically on 50s went from 0:55 to 0:53 over the set.

MTC Swim Warm up - 8 x 50, 4 x 50 sidekick swim, 8 x 50 Main - 400 swim, 4 x 100 scull pull, 400 swim, 4 x 100 build, 400 swim, 2 x 100 catch up swim, 1oo easy.
Slow. 400s on 8:02, 8:02 and 8:10. Legs were everywhere.
