MTC Swim Warm up - 2 x (200 mix, 4 x 50 sidekick/swim, 100 scull/pull) Main - 6 x (4 x 25 fast, 2 x 50 shoulder touch/ swim, 100 fast, 50 pull easy) Cool down - 50 easy
Technique was not there. 100 fast on 1:55, 1:52, 1:55, 1:53 & 1:55.

MTC Swim Warm up - 300 mix, 6 x 50 scull/swim, 300 pull, 2 x 50 sidekick/swim. Main - 500 pull, 6 x 100 desc, 400 swim, 4 x 100 drill/swim, 200 swim, 200 pull, 100 swim. Cool down -50
Starting to get new technique worked out. Got down to fast 100s on 1:53 & 1:55.
