Warm up - 300 mix, 200 pull, 4 x 50 sidekick swim, 4 x 50 desc. Main - 8 x 25 fast, 100 pull, 4 x 50 fast, 100 pull, 2 x 100 fast, 8 x25 fast, 100 pull, 6 x 50 fast, 100 pull, 4 x 100 fast. 100 easy.
Speed was not great but keep times below 1:00 per 50. Best time - 100 on 1:51.

MTC Swim Warm up - 300 mix, 4 x 50 side kick swim, 200 mix, 200 pull, 2 x 50 easy/fast Main Set - 400 swim, 400 pull, shoulder touch, 400 swim, 400 pull scull, 400 swim, 3 x 100, desc & 50.
400 m on 8:00, 8:02 and 8:20. Slow and got worse.
