MTC Swim Warm up - 300 mix, 6 x 50 sidekick /swim. 2 x 100 pull, 4 x 50 desc Main Set - 400 long, 2 x 200 pull, 8 x 100 (shark, catchup, shoulder touch, finger drag) 2 x 200 desc. 300 pull
Slow day. Not much core connect. 400 on 8:00, 200s on 4:10 and 4:00
